This option is also for you if you struggle with back or neck pain when sitting while and it is getting in the way of you traveling or commuting.

Your program will be completely customizable to you. There are no cookie cutter programs given.

The program includes:

  • 30 minute phone call to discuss problem and your goals
  • 3 - 60 minute online sessions per month to coach you through the activities
  • Weekly check in via Whats App
  • Your program (usually 3-5 activities) along with videos will be emailed to you after each online call

As you progress, so does your program!
